Delete your account

You're always in control of your data. Here's exactly how to delete your Resist account, and what happens to your information when you do.

We value your privacy and your account. Your data belongs to you, and you can remove it from Resist at any time. When you delete your account, we permanently erase your personal information from our active systems — including your profile, progress, streaks, score, history, friends, encouragements, and settings.

Deletion is immediate and irreversible: once it's done, your data cannot be recovered, and we don't keep a shadow copy to sell, share, or mine. Any residual copies in encrypted backups are automatically purged on our regular backup rotation. We only retain the limited records we're legally required to keep (for example, basic transaction records for tax and billing), and those are stripped of information that identifies you wherever possible.

We never sell your personal data, and deleting your account stops all further processing of it. Follow the steps below to delete your account from inside the app.
